With a challenging upbringing, Aaron Schembri (Kadota, Daylesford) was distracted at school and fell into the wrong crowd. When he landed a job in hospitality, it grabbed his attention, and he found focus and direction for the first time. After working in some of Melbourne’s best restaurants, he fell in love with his now partner in life and business.
