Growing up on one of the 7000+ islands of the Philippines, food was at the heart of community and family for Adrianne de Jesus Davo (Queenies, ACT). Although she never imagined a career in food, a moment where she was thrown into a commercial kitchen lit a fire in her belly to explore her creative side in hospitality.
