Ana Cortes Garcia (Lee Ho Fook) - Eat Spanish

Growing up in Baños de la Encina, a little village in the heart of Andalusia, South of Spain Ana Cortes Garcia (Lee Ho Fook) was surrounded by quality produce, and food grown on her uncle’s or neighbours farm. Even though everything was cooked from scratch by her mum and grandmas, a career in food was not considered a proper career path.
