While studying to be a lawyer, Blaze Young (Nieuw Ruin, WA) worked part time in the front of house to make ends meet. With a rich upbringing in food, she became more and more interested in what was going on in the kitchen. After twisting her bosses arm to let her do a service in the kitchen she fell for hospitality and left the field of law behind her.
