Inspired by her Maltese heritage, Clare Falzon (Hentley Farm) knew she wanted to be a chef at a very young age. She set of the UK and Europe to immerse herself in some of the world’s best kitchens, but it wasn’t until she returned to Australia and worked under Jacqui Challinor at Nomad that she discovered a great connection with producers.
