Born in Maldon, Essex, Bobby began working at his local oyster farm, Maldon Oysters, in the early 2000’s learning the art of oyster farming, preparation and serving, literally from the water to the plate. He’s worked across the world as an oyster shucker for various restaurants, markets and oyster bars, shucking thousands of oysters per day.
