Mitch Tonks is one of the most respected and knowledgeable seafood people in the UK and an acclaimed restaurateur, chef and author in the process. His Seahorse restaurant has won many awards, his Rockfish takeaway restaurant chain is equally acclaimed. Whilst there are many hard working, committed and talented individuals working in every area from catching to cooking, there are few who have as much involvement in all aspects of the seafood industry from Catching to Cooking.
