18 years ago George Kasimatis (George’s on Waymouth) opened the first restaurant on Waymouth Street Adelaide serving breakfast and lunch. It became one of the most influential restaurants in the City of Churches, but when the pandemic landed he almost saw his life’s work disappear overnight.
