Living in Paris, a city normally filled with colour, life and the citizens enjoying the good life in the bras and restaurants, Hanz Gueco (Verjus, Paris) has seen it become a ghost town over the last year. As the pandemic rages through Europe, his restaurant has still not re-opened since closing its doors in March 2020.
