After learning the ropes of cheffing in Adelaide, Jesse Gerner (Bomba Tapas Bar and Rooftop) headed to London where he started work at Moro and it changed his views on food. Enamoured by Spanish and Mediterranean flavours he went on countless trips to Spain to immerse himself in all things food.
