Although she had experience working in cafes in Australia Jessica Jenkins (Mr Watkins) had a revelation while working in Michelin star restaurants in England. Learning every aspect of the business, she was destined for a long career in the UK hospitality scene. But her journey was cut short when her father died after a long illness.
