After growing up in a hospital family it seemed only natural that Joshua Mason (Quoi Dining, Ciel wines) would venture into the kitchen for a career in food. After cutting his teeth in some well-known venues the likes of Atelier Crenn, Mason saw an opportunity to bring a finer dining establishment to the Hills District of Sydney.
