Julian Velasquez (El Estanco) - Bogata to the Barossa

Growing up in Bogata, Colombia food was always at the centre of every family get together for Julian Velasquez (El Estanco) but he set out on a path to study Politics and International Relations at University. When he moved to England to improve his English he found part time work as a kitchen hand and it sparked a passion for hospitality he didn’t know he held.
