Kazuki Tsuya (Kazuki's, Melbourne) - Hitting a home run

With a goal to move to the US and try his luck as a baseball professional, Kazuki Tsuya (Kazuki’s) first moved to Australia to learn English. He needed to work and found a job as a kitchen hand and soon found himself on a path to learning from some of Victoria’s best chefs.
