Kyle Zevenbergen (Zev’s Bistro, Toowoomba) - Raising the regional bar

With a love of food and a burning desire to learn how to cook, Kyle Zevenbergen (Zev’s Bistro) started a school based apprenticeship at the age of 13 in the Queensland regional town of Chinchilla at the local motel restaurant. Eager to broaden his horizon’s and learn more about his craft he moved to Toowoomba and embed himself in the local hospitality industry.
