With a job in the events industry Litsa Ward (Lunch Bar, Woy Woy) lost her job when the pandemic landed. With insight into the food industry early on in her career and a life-long yearning to open her own café paying heritage to her Greek heritage, she had nothing to lose and found a site on the NSW Central Coast.
