Mario Percuoco (Il Pontile, Sydney) - Like father, like son

After growing up in a family with a rich history in the hospitality sector fourth generation chef and restaurateur Mario Percuoco felt it would be a dishonour to his family to not carry on the name and influence. Even though he felt he was in the shadow of his father Armando Percuoco he rose the ranks to win many accolades in Sydney before moving back to Italy to make a name for himself.
