Shane Middleton (6Head, Perth) - Head full of steam

After cutting his teeth at renowned Perth restaurant Clarke’s of North Beach, Shane Middleton (6Head, Perth) made his way to London - and more specifically with a goal to work with Heston Blumenthal. He realized this not only in London, but in Melbourne to at Dinner by Heston.
