Growing up in Glasgow, Scotland Stephen Nairn (Omnia, Yugen) had a typical upbringing when it came to food, but it wasn’t until he stepped into a commercial kitchen that he realised a whole new world. It led him to Michelin star restaurant in the UK, to New York and finally Melbourne where he became part of the fabric of the culinary landscape.
