Born into a multi-generational hospitality family, Tony Percuoco (Tartufo, Brisbane) always knew he was going to be a chef. Following in his father’s and brothers’ footsteps he created a swag of successful Italian restaurants in Sydney and The Gold Coast that paid homage to both his broth home Naples, Italy.
