Today, I’m joined by Frank Schwartz and we're talking about Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. Frank is the President of F3 which stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. F3 is an international leadership movement for men with about 65,000 members across 48 states and 10 countries. F3 uses vigorous outdoor workouts to teach leadership principles and to help men to overcome what F3 refers to as “Sad Clown Syndrome.” Frank is a leader, a husband, and a father and I’m excited to have him on the show to talk about the lack of strong leadership AND relationships in our country (and throughout the world) and what F3 is doing about it.
