Roger is a former U.S. Navy surface warfare officer who currently serves as the nuclear safety engineer for the U.S. Navy’s Strategic Systems Program. More importantly, he is my long-time friend. Roger was my roommate in college, my shipmate in the Navy, and the best man at my wedding. Roger has served in dozens of leadership roles throughout his military and business career.
