The start to a positive change begins with a small start and a small idea. It’s hotels used to be owned by individual people and it was an extension of their home. It was inviting you in. Restaurants were run by usually a family, or one individual, and it was opening up their kitchen to people.So to me, the best hospitality, and obviously it has evolved and changed in so many ways.
