2 of 3: The state of Kanban. An interview with none other than David J Anderson. 2nd episode of 3

This is the second episode of three in this Kanban mini-series, and I am extremely proud to present you with a very special guest. None other than David J. Anderson, the pioneer of the Kanban Method.In this episode, you can among other things look forward to hearing David talk about the effort it took to write one of the most important books in the agile space, namely, the "Kanban Maturity Model" (KMM), and the purpose of writing it. You will hear what improvement gains you can expect as you move from one maturity level to the next.
