Episode 54 - REPLAY FRIDAY - Okay is NOT Okay with Vroom Vroom Veer

As a former clinical psychologist, I can't even begin to tell you how many people I met who were okay with being just okay. I was working with people who didn't really want help in a system that couldn't really help them. I saw the potential in others to change their circumstances, but they needed to want it for themselves if any changes were going to take place. Eventually my job began to be more about paperwork, policy and procedures than it was about people and I just got burned out. This created what I call my "holy discontent" -- I came to a place in my life where I just KNEW I needed to do something different -- I was created for something more. Through a series of events, I eventually found myself in network marketing learning how to develop others, grow a team, and cast a vision. After over a decade as a top leader with It Works and my combined experience as a clinical psychologist, I am able to use the skills I have acquired to help people create a life they can be proud of.
