With decades of clinical and academic experience, Dr. Price has become a leader in advancing the science and practice of adhesive and esthetic dentistry. His contributions to dental research and education have earned him international recognition as a pioneer in improving the quality, effectiveness, and clinical outcomes of dental restorations. Academic and Clinical Background   Dr. Price earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree and subsequently pursued advanced education and research, obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) with a focus on dental materials and polymerization. He also holds a Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (FDS RCS). As a prosthodontist, he has extensive experience in managing complex restorative cases, including esthetic and functional rehabilitation. Dr. Price is a faculty member at Dalhousie University's Faculty of Dentistry in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. He has held numerous academic roles, including professor, researcher, and mentor to graduate and postdoctoral students. His teaching focuses on restorative dentistry, dental materials, and evidence-based clinical practice. Research Contributions   Dr. Price's research has significantly advanced the understanding of light-curing technology and the polymerization of resin-based dental materials. His research has been published in leading peer-reviewed journals, such as Journal of Dental Research, Dental Materials, and Operative Dentistry. He has authored or co-authored over 150 scientific papers and book chapters, making him one of the most prolific researchers in his field.
