Roz Purcell: Best selling cookery writer, presenter, model and former Miss Universe Ireland

My guest today is Rozanna Purcell Roz is a best selling cookery author, presenter and entrepreneur. She grew up on a farm in Tipperary and has travelled the world as a model and as a beauty queen winning Miss Universe Ireland in 2010. Having developed an unhealthy relationship with food during her modelling years - her blog Natural Born Feeder and her subsequent cookbooks were born out of a change in her lifestyle and falling back in love with cooking. She now does triathlons, iron women competitions, organises group hikes and is a regular face on Irish TV.
