Shane Gusman is a partner at Broad & Gusman LLP specializing in governmental and regulatory advocacy. He has represented a wide variety of interests at the Legislature and numerous state agencies. He has served on the board of directors of several nonprofits and is the Insurance Commissioner’s appointee on the Board of Governors of the California Insurance Guarantee Association. Prior to becoming a lobbyist, Mr. Gusman worked as an associate at a business litigation firm where he represented clients in both federal and state court.
