Yaa Boayke got to chat with Emily in today’s episode.  Emily Bergey (BURR-GHEE) is a Registered Dietitian and health & wellness coach from Pennsylvania. She has been practicing as a dietitian for 6 years, with the majority of her practice being in long-term care. For the past 4 years, she has been a Regional Dietitian, supporting the nutritional well-being of residents within six long-term care communities. Now she has gone from helping seniors gain weight, to helping young women who have struggled with being "skinny", finally gain the weight they want in a healthy and sustainable way. Emily teaches her clients how to eat enough calories & protein without feeling overwhelmed or sick, so they can gain weight to feel curvy, energized, and confident.
