Only time will tell the real quality that the ai-hype can bring to the table. Alex and Cate also discuss how big tech players can shake up the insurance industry. For quite some time, a worry has been that big tech will take over the market, but due to the heavy regulations within the industry, Cate explains that this concern is not grounded.
