In this episode I have with me the guest speaker, Dr. Anubhuti, who is my batchmate from medical school. We were together in college for almost 6 years but were never really friends. But now, after adulting a bit, we have found our way back to each other and talk about “ADULT FEMALE FRIENDSHIPS”. How our definition of friends has changed over time and our own self worth which was always in the hands of other’s perceptions about us has taken a turn for the better. We gain our power back back choosing ourselves over others.
