"Responding To This Imperfect World" Do you like the world you live in? I don’t, because there are too many conflicts and imperfections. Why is God allowing these imperfections? Does He not have the power to correct them? He does! But this is not His doing. The imperfections we see are the results of the wickedness of man. Because He promised in Genesis 8:21, “never to again destroy every living thing, as I have done,” He had to provide a way for us to thrive. First, He sent Jesus to die to set us free from our bondage to sin. Then, He allows us to go through afflictions to teach us how to respond to the imperfections of this world. He sends trials to perfect us, mature us, and complete us. To overcome the imperfections around us, we must ADJUST accordingly by using the Bible as our guide.
