What Does The Lord Require From You?

Does the Lord require you to go to worship every Sunday, to give your tithes, bless the poor, serve in the church, and fast every so often? These are not the things required in Micah 6:8, instead, the verse said, “He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?” Micah said these are the things that are good, but good for whom? I am learning that these are not things good for the Lord but good for us. Because when we do them we will live in peace, receive abundance and live the best life we can ever have. I realized that when we understand what Micah said, it will be easier for us to go to worship, bless the poor, give our tithes and serve the Lord.
