Connect to your higher self and build your compassion muscle. Relapsing is part of the process. Anytime you find yourself unconsciously eating or eating to numb, it's an opportunity to tune in. Binge episodes are DATA. Learn about yourself and your behaviors. You'll be able to pull yourself out faster and binge episodes will become less frequent and less intense.  Trade self-loathing and guilt for compassion and gentleness. You are learning.  Questions to ask after a Binge or Compulsive Eating Episode:  What was going on for me?  What was I feeling in that moment?  What was I actually needing in that moment?
