In this Episode: I give you practical strategies to actually drink enough water in your day, so you can feel energized, clear minded, and not craving food all day long.  The importance of hydration is so often overlooked. We seek out supplements, blood work, or other expensive healing modalities, when first we need to start with the basics. Are you hydrated?  Even just being a little dehydrated can lead to:  False hunger signals, brain fog, fatigue, head ache, low mood, aging skin etc.  So often when we think we're hungry, we are actually just thirsty.   Aim to get minimum half of your body weight in ounces per day, so if you are 130 lbs- shoot for 65 ounces minimum. Sometimes this is easier said than done, so in this episode I give you some practical strategies to make it easier
