This episode inspired by one of my 1:1 clients who had lost 22 lbs, but was feeling stuck in a plateau for about 2-3 weeks.  With just shifting her mindset and her beliefs about losing weight, she dropped 4.5 lbs in less than 1 week.  You literally create your own reality. You have to believe what you want is possible and is available to you now. Be the version of you that you want to be... TODAY. Your sub-concious behaviors are going to promote that outcome.  Coming from a place of lack and stuckness, is demotivating. It is  low energy and promotes low energy behaviors thus fulfilling that belief of being stuck which then perpetuates demotivation and the cycle continues.  Coming from a place of excitement because you trust this is your reality, motivates you to keep showing up for yourself, believing that it is possible promotes high energy behaviors to bring about your desired outcome and attract things ini your life in that higher energy state. Expect that what you want is own its way and find gratitude for the not yet seen, because it is coming.  Affirmations:  I lose weight easily.  My body is coming back into balance.  I am so excited to be fit and healthy.  Weight loss is easy.  I release this excess weight.  I am fit and strong  I love my body and so grateful for my journey to my healthiest self.  #bingeeating #mindfulness #quantumphysics #weightloss #eatrealfood
