Once I got to the other side though, I knew it was my mission to help other people do the same.  I am a wellness speaker and one of my favorite talks to give is: Kick The Sugar Habit  In this episode, I share with you part one of my talk.  I dive into how sugar affects our body, why it makes us gain weight, causes Type 2 Diabetes, fuels chronic disease, sucks our energy, and why calorie counting does not work long term.  ______________ Obesity is not a lack of will power.
