Description

Food brings us together. Stories entertain us. The idea of authentic recipes and nutrition motivates us. A wave of entrepreneurs is going back to their roots to capitalize on all of this. We interview Fany Gerson, chef and founder of La Newyorkina and Dough, and author of the cookbook My Sweet Mexico; and Saskia Sorrosa, founder of Fresh Bellies. Plus, San Antonio Express-News columnist Maria Anglin makes a cameo to read an essay she wrote about being bilingual. Special thanks to Connor Button, who created the music, and Ben Louis, who helped us navigate the Radio Free Brooklyn studio.La comida nos une. Las historias nos emocionan.
