Amelia Morán Ceja landed in Napa Valley in 1967 when her vineyard manager father brought his family from Jalisco, Mexico, to wine country in El Norte. She went on to make history by launching Ceja Vineyards in 1999. Amelia’s endured earthquakes, wildfires, blackouts, and, now, a mismanaged pandemic.
