Justus recently overcame a 2.5 year fight with Lymes disease using a strict meat-only diet. After a three month period of "back to normal" eating he is back on the diet for weight loss. In Justus' words, the meat-only diet saved his life and lymes was debilitating to an amazing degree, hard to convey in writing.
