What we learn in school and our perspective of how our future career will look like might be completely different from what we experience later on our job. If you're an idealist personality type, whether you dream about being a lawyer, a doctor, an architect...you care about the big picture, creative part of the job. This is what generally excites us idealists during our schooling and preparation for our calling. But day-to-day reality of the job may be totally different from what we imagined... I want to share some very important advice on how to address this early on and avoid getting trapped in a job or career that would be a nightmare for any idealist.
