Managing Idealists - Can't They Just Do It?! - ENFP Insights - DATW 172

15 Nov 2018

Description

Whether or not you yourself are an idealist personality type (ENFP, INFP, INFJ or ENFJ), you'll eventually work with idealists as their boss or employee. You may find the situation quite frustrating. I'm an ENFP and have worked with ENFPs, INFPs, and INFJs many times. When focused and motivated idealists can be extremely hard working, but other times you may find yourself thinking "Why can't you just get this done as I asked?!" So, what's the secret to managing and motivating idealist types? Be sure to share this episode with whoever you are doing business with. ;) Don't miss future episodes of this podcast, subscribe here: iTunes | Google Play Music | Stitcher | TuneIn | RSS/XML If you want to follow my travels or catch some shorter videos and updates I share, you can find me on Facebook (DreamsAroundTheWorldHQ) | and as TheDanJohnston on Instagram and Twitter | I publish new videos weekly on YouTube as well.  Are you, or someone you know, suffering from ENFP?  If so, you should seek immediate non-medical attention.
