Dee and I met through the same organisation called Empower U a personal development company for teenagers, which is run by Brent Williams who was on episode 32 of this podcast. Dee is a qualified nutritionist and personal trainer who uses food and movement to propel people towards their greatest desires by first meeting their needs and giving them better working bodies that can do more for them.She is also a speaker for Empower U and a proud mother.
