Spencer Cornelia is a Youtuber who uncovers truths unseen by the public due to scammers. Spencer is also in the real estate industry. Spencer grew up in Kennesaw, GA - suburb of Atlanta, GA.  Played baseball in college for a year at Catawba College and then transferred to Georgia Southern University.  Worked in sports industry from 2012-2015 before making a career change into tech.  Landed a job in tech in Vegas in 2015.  Had that job until Covid. Spencer started his YouTube channel in 2015 making fitness videos.  That evolved over time into being a creator focusing on unethical business practices, fake gurus, and bad investment schemes. Spencer started investing in real estate in 2016 by purchasing a condo in the Las Vegas Country Club.  Since then, he has flipped two houses in Cincinnati, Ohio, bought and sold a 4plex in Vegas, bought and sold a condo, and have purchased 4 single family houses which he still holds today.  One of the houses is an Airbnb and the other three are rent by room.  Spencer is also a licensed real estate agent, which is side income/hobby.   In this episode, Brad and Spencer talk about the difference between people who actually want to help you and people who want to use and scam you.
