#721 - Kon Departs and Sion Earns Academic All-American Honors

17 Apr 2025

Description

We return with Episode 721 as we discuss Kon Knueppel declaring for the NBA Draft and Sion James’ academic honors. With Jason flying the friendly skies, Scott Rich is back to join Donald as they take a look back at Kon II’s incredible season in a Duke uniform. The kid that was very much overlooked by many is set to be a likely top 10 pick when the NBA Draft takes place in June. We’re so excited for him and so proud at how he left a legacy in his one season in Durham. After the break, we turn to Sion James, who was named an Academic All-American the other day. We’re just so lucky to have had Sion James at Duke, and he (along with Kon) will be the part of the blueprint of the program for years to come. He was a star on the court, but he was even better off the court and in the community. Make sure you’re following us!
