I am in my garden having a cup of cinnamon tea with coconut milk. I love to experiment with my morning drinks, hahaha I hope you are enjoying your day too. Today we are going to talk about the stages of falling in love. Much has been said that being in love is the perfect state of being human, because in addition to positive psychological changes, it also brings health benefits to our entire body. First let's define the word Love: The word LOVE has the following meanings. 1 Intense feeling of the human being who, starting from his own insufficiency, needs and seeks the encounter and union with another being. 2 Feeling towards another person who naturally attracts us and who, seeking reciprocity in the desire for union, completes us, makes us happy and gives us energy to live together, communicate and procreate. 3 Feeling of affection, inclination and delivery to someone or something. There are different kinds of love: Love for your partner, Love for your children, Love for your parents, Platonic love, Self-love, Love for your roots or where you were born or grew up, Love for sports, Love for work, Love for art, Love to god. As a good romantic, I love to think that Love overcomes all barriers, maybe some of you share my opinion and others not so much. I need to clarify that I only talk about my experiences lived on this planet, I am not a psychologist and I do not have any certification in medicine, however my goal is that one day we can minimize violence and hatred between human beings, hopefully one day not far away there are no more wars. But for that we need to love more!!! And these are the stages of falling in love, according to all the times I've been in love, and there have been several, hahaha!!! My grandmother used to tell me: "Don't worry sweetie, you will fall in love again" and she was never wrong. First stage: The attraction that dominates you... Do you remember that first time, when your eyes were overwhelmed by the gaze of your partner? Whether boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, wife, life partner? I do!!!! the butterflies in my stomach were flying at full speed, yes! And then after they dared to connect, it was a big hit!!!  probably when you remember those moments you still feel the amazing "butterflies" sensation in your tummy again!!!It is in this stage of the attraction when we do not measure time or distance and we cannot think of anything or anyone other than being with that super duper awesome person that attracts you and drives you crazy, crazy and crazy. Experts say that this feeling of euphoria is the one that can create addictions, since our brain releases large amounts of dopamine, serotonin or norepinephrine during this stage.  Second stage: The stage of Romance, of trust and the beginning of commitment… This phase of falling in love is critical for the relationship to last, because unlike the attraction stage, it is when some couples begin to express that they like and dislike the other person and decide to live with it or end the relationship, i Personally, I consider this stage as the one to “remove the mask” and get the ghosts out of the closet, as we commonly say, and if we really love that person, we are going to say things that could affect the future of our relationship.
