Sam Stubbs: Revolutionising New Zealand's approach to housing and investment

Simplicity founder Sam Stubbs is wanting to change the way New Zealander's look at housing, and investing in infrastructure in general.  In this episode he joins me to for a look into the current housing crisis and what he, and others, could and should be doing about it.
