He then discusses the timely treatment and delays in treatment of ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) that are associated with worse outcomes. Finally, Dr. Eagle explores new insights on arterial events associated with heritable thoracic aortic disease and the relative risk in patients with pathogenic variants, as well as the prevalence, characteristics, and clinical outcomes of arterial aneurysms in Loeys-Dietz Syndrome.
