Information from 2020 and 2021 shows that only 54 percent of FBS players who entered the transfer portal ended up at a new school

-The NCAA released stats on it recently, and it showed that 5% of athletes who entered the portal withdrew their name, while 41% remained active in the portal -The number of players from 2019-20 to 2020-21 jumped by 950, and 33% of the players remain still active in the portal and 8% transferred without athletic aid -Is the portal working or not?
