Notre Dame AD Pete Bevacqua says the ACC did ‘permanent damage’ to Irish’s relationship with them…isn’t all this talking make them look worse and worse?

-We all know that Notre Dame turned down a bowl game on Sunday after being left out of the College Football Playoff.
